The Modern Streetcar is – by far – the least polluting transportation method of all! We can all be pleased that personal automobiles are getting less and less polluting and causing less global warming.

And for many the automobile will remain the main and the necessary means of transportation. But for those who want to live in the kind of “walkable,” “livable” community that the Modern Streetcar makes possible, they can be confident that each passenger mile on the Modern Streetcar is by far the cleanest way to travel.
