The time has come for cities like South Bend, Mishawaka, and the University of Notre Dame to work together to plan and construct a modern streetcar to connect, revitalize, and grow our many neighborhoods and assets.
The RiverRail Modern Streetcar will be the single greatest driver of investment in South Bend and Mishawaka over the next generation.
As such it will bring jobs, the full spectrum of housing opportunities, and continued cultural enrichment.
